Make sure you are looking in the right area, Click View all Quotes and if you saved your quote it should be located in this area of the catalogue
Click on Finalize order, at this point Energy Kinetics will be notified of the order you place.
If you need an item that isn't on our website, please contact us. We will most likely be able to find the product that you need. In some cases, the item has been discontinued and can be directly replaced by an item available on our site. Please contact us (908) 735-2066 for pricing and availability information. Please allow 2–3 days for pricing and availability quotes on these items.
Most orders will ship directly from our manufacturing facility in, Lebanon, NJ. In some cases, we will ship from a local warehouse in Maine, New Hampshire, or Alaska. Contact us (908) 735-2066 for further shipping questions.
Yes. Orders can be placed online 24 hours a day. Our customer service team is available by phone 8am–5;00 pm EDT Monday – Friday.
1) Check your "junk mail" folder or "spam" folder to make sure that the Energy Kinetics order confirmation is not located in either of these folders.

2) To ensure that future Energy Kinetics order confirmations will be delivered to your email inbox, add the email address orders@energykinetics.com. to your address book. Many anti-spam systems check your email address book to know which senders are allowed to send you email messages.

3) If you are still not receiving order confirmations, be sure to verify your email address with Energy Kinetics

Energy Kinetics does not see your order until you click on Finalize Order. Please know that delivery dates will change as inventory is available, so if you have an urgent need, don’t wait to Finalize your Order!
Yes. Edits can be made up until 2pm that day, you will need to call into Energy Kinetics (908)735-2066 to make the change. Please note once an order has been processed, and it has been shipped we may no longer be able to accommodate the edit you would like to make. If you are unable to achieve the update you'd like to make to your order, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in creating any returns or new orders needed.
